General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Appointment cancellations

• Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
• Appointments booked online: Please use the Edit Appointment button in the confirmation email.
• Other cancellations: Phone, email, or WhatsApp
• Not accepted: Cancellations via Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.

Compensation for short-notice cancellation or no-show:

• Doctor’s consultation: CHF 100
• Treatment appointment: min. CHF 150
• Free consultation appointment: CHF 50

  If a treatment is not carried out due to lateness, the same flat rates apply.
  Subsequent justifications for missed appointments cannot be considered.

2. Terms of payment

• Invoices are to be paid within 30 days without deduction.
• From the second reminder: Late fee CHF 20.
  Self-payer services, products and medication (not covered by health insurance) are to be paid immediately after treatment or upon receipt.
  No payment by invoice possible. Means of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Twint, cash (CHF).

3. Subscriptions & Packages

• Subscriptions for selected cosmetic treatments (marked on website and price list).
  Payment after the first treatment, valid for this and all further treatments. No retroactive issuing.
• Packages may contain aftercare products that are included in the price.
  A deduction is not possible if products are waived.

4. Price adjustments
   Prices for services, products and medication are subject to change without notice.
   The price at the time of conclusion of the contract applies.

5. Vouchers

• Validity: 2 years from date of issue
• No cash payment

6. Patient education / Declaration of consent
   A written declaration of consent is required for many treatments.
   This must be signed before the start of treatment at the latest.
   No treatment may be carried out without a valid signature.

7. Contracting party
   The sole contracting party of the patients is Derma Medical Clinic AG

8. Place of jurisdiction / Applicable law
   The ordinary courts of the Canton of Zurich have jurisdiction.
   The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Derma Medical Clinic AG.
   Swiss law applies, in particular Articles 394 et seq. OR (law of contract).
